The Cooler (6/10)

The cooler is actually a pretty complicated story, so I’m going to spare you with the plot. Basically, it’s about a man trying to get away from working for a mob-owned casino, but they don’t want him to leave. So, they pay a waitress to fall in love with him, except she really does fall in love with him. That is a really high overview and it is much deeper than that, but explaining the plot would be a killer. I liked the story and the idea behind it because it was original, but some elements of the movie were a little hokey and there were some really unnecessary sex scenes.

Vacation Roundup

I’m on my second day back at work after vacation and I’m finished with the barrage of makeup work and following up that I needed to do. I should be focusing on some things I need to do first, but since I haven’t posted in a while, I think I can take 5 minutes to do so.

We went to a lakehouse in Lake Livingston that Trisha’s dad rented out for the family. It was very nice, fun, and relaxing to be away from everything for a week. Here are some pics.
