My back is keeeeeling me!

I strained my lower back muscles while preparing my backyard for my daughter, Addison’s, birthday party. Sadly enough, it was all in vain since no one ever went back there. I went to the doctor last Monday since it had been hurting for two weeks. Basically he said that my hamstrings and glutes are so weak that I’ve trained my brain to use my back instead. Wonderful. So, I have to do these stretches everyday so that I can retrain my brain to use my hams and glutes. I just keep praying that God will heal me - and I think it’s helping. I’ve taken my back sooo much for granted. It’s unbelievable how your life can be so affected by it.

Jason installs MovableType 3.0

I guess I was bored the other day and wanted to re-evaluate blogging. So, I went to the movabletype.org website to see if they have updated their software, and sure enough, they did. It looks about the same to me as the last time I used it, but I guess I’ll find out new features as I go along.

I used my blog for about a month last time, and I eventually stopped adding to it. Maybe I’ll follow through this time…
